How to subscribe
1. Go to PINZO.com (using Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser).
2. You will see the SIGN UP section at the top of the homepage.
a. If you already have a PINZO Account Sign in.
b. If you don't have a PINZO account, click GET STARTED.
c. Or, you can use any of the social media accounts that we support.
3. Fill out all the required information in the Registration Form.
4. Click Sign Me Up to register for a free PINZO account.
5. Click Play to begin learning with PINZO straight away.
6. You will receive an email notification of your subscription.
Streaming problems
PC
Stream Limit Exceeded
If you see an error that says “STREAM LIMIT EXCEEDED” or “TOO MANY USAGE ATTEMPTS” it means your PINZO account is in use on another device. PINZO allows one Network stream per login.
To resolve:
• Log out of all devices
• Log back in to the primary device you are trying to view on
If you have shared your account with friends or family, they may be using PINZO while you’re trying watch some content. PINZO allows one stream per login.
If you think someone is using your account without your permission:
• Log out of all devices
• Change your PINZO password
• Log back in to the primary device you are trying to view on

Internet Connection
The PINZO Media Player is designed to automatically choose the best video quality setting for you based on the speed of your connection.
For an optimal viewing experience we recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. When PINZO content, if the media player continues to buffer, repeatedly reconnect, or shows only a frame-by-frame "choppy" feed, then there may be a problem with the bandwidth (speed) of your connection. PINZO standard content is streamed at a minimum of 1800kbps, so your bandwidth must be consistently pulling 1800kbps to receive a feed. High quality PINZO content is streamed within 3000kbps and your bandwidth must be consistently pulling 90% of the streaming rate to receive a high-quality video feed.
Can I share my PINZO account?
In order to protect your privacy and security, we strongly recommend you do not share your username and password.
How do I access my PINZO subscription?
Laptop or Desktop:
1. Go to PINZO.com.
2. Log on to your account using your email address and password or sign in with or if you used the LinkedIn/Facebook sign me in function to register, please use that again.
3. Click your avatar, located on the upper right part of the screen or next to Sign In.
4. Simply click on your avatar so you can start watching.
How does the Continue Watching feature work?
PINZO will keep track of the shows you are watching across any device. You may begin watching a show on one device and resume watching on another right where you left off. You can access your Continue Watching list from the home screen of all devices.
How to access Continue Watching feature:
1. Access PINZO.
2. You will be prompted to login to your PINZO.com account if not logged in.
3. Once your PINZO account is verified, you can now hover over My Account.
4. From the list select Continue Watching
When selecting a module from your Continue Watching list you can choose to resume watching from where you left off or start from the beginning.
Note: A module will automatically be removed from your Continue Watching list after it has been viewed in its entirety.

How to Watch – iOS
You must be a PINZO subscriber running iOS 8.2 or higher and have the WWE app version 8.4 or higher installed to access PINZO.
To view PINZO content on your supported iOS device, follow the steps below:
1. Open the browser on your device and go to PINZO.com.
2. If you are not currently signed in, you will be prompted to sign in when you click on any PINZO link. You can also sign in by selecting Sign In from the app menu.
* Enter the email address associated with your PINZO account or if you used the LinkedIn/Facebook sign me in function top register, please use that again.
* Enter your PINZO password.
3. Once your account has been verified, you will be taken to the PINZO home screen.
Forgot Password
What if I’ve forgotten my account password?
Steps to Reset Password when not logged in to the Site
1. Go to PINZO.com and click Sign in button in the upper right.
2. Click the Forgot Password link.
3. Enter your Email Address.
4. Click the Send Me Reset Link button.
5. A password reset link will be mailed to your email account.
6. Open your email account and look for the WWE email that contains the reset password link and complete the process.
7. Click the link to Watch PINZO.
8. Please be sure to log out of all devices after you have reset your password and then log back in with the new password to continue viewing.

How to change Flash Player settings on supported browsers
How to Adjust the Flash Player Hardware Acceleration and Local Storage
Note: For Mac a <Ctrl + click> is equal to a <Right Click>
If you are having issues loading certain videos, adjusting the Adobe Flash Player settings will help improve the streaming capability of your computer.
Hardware Acceleration
1. Right click over a Flash Object such as the PINZO media player or Video highlight from the Highlights page.
2. Choose Settings.
3. The first tab on the left with the icon is the tab used, click it if not already pre-loaded.
4. Uncheck or check the box for Enable Hardware Acceleration depending on its current setting.
Local Storage
1. Right click over a Flash Object such as the PINZO media player or Video highlight from the Highlights page.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Click the tab with the folder and the green arrow .
4. Move the slider bar to the right from 100 KB to 10 MB.
5. If the box in this area never ask again is checked, a message will be received that flash shared objects must be turned on. This box should never be checked. If it is, uncheck, close the browser, and restart the computer.
Flash Cache Option 1
1. Right click over a Flash object, either the Media Player or the Video Highlight and chooseGlobal Settings in the Pop up.
2. Flash Player Settings Manager pop up should be received (Older Flash versions may take the user to the Adobe web site where the Flash Player Settings Panel should be accessed).
3. Click on Website Storage Settings Panel.
4. Choose Delete all sites.
5. Choose Confirm.
6. Close your browser and attempt to view.
Flash Cache Option 2
1. Click the Start button located in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
2. Click on Control Panel (or depending on your system setup, Settings and then Control Panel).
3. Click on Flash Player (or System and Security and then Flash Player).
4. Click on the Advanced tab located along the top of the Flash Player Settings Manager.
5. Ensure the latest version of flash player is installed (click check now to verify which version you have installed).
6. Click the Delete All button located at the top of the Advanced section of the Flash Player Settings Manager.
7. Ensure that there is a checkmark beside the Delete All Site Data And Settings option. (IMPORTANT: leave the Delete All Audio and Video License Files option UNCHECKED).
8. Click the Delete Data button located in the bottom right hand corner of this window.
9. Close the Flash Player Settings Manager.
10. Close the Control Panel.

I cannot see the Full-Screen icon when watching on Internet Explorer.
How to troubleshoot seeing one corner of the Media Player or Blank Screen
If only seeing a corner of the video in the Media player in Internet Explorer, take the following steps:
1. Check zoom settings of the browser (should be at 100% - found in Tools menu).
2. Compatibility mode needs to be enabled in the browser.
* How to enable compatibility mode:
At the end of the Address bar there is a broken piece of paper, click this and then open the program.
Under Tools at the top of the browser is also a compatibility mode access. Change this setting before opening a program.
3. Check if the browser is up to date or try another browser.
4. Install recommended Update for Windows.

Installing updates for your Operating System will improve the computer functionality and help your computer improve streaming capabilities.

Enabling browser cookies will help you access PINZO faster and reduce buffering time for the browser to gather data from the web server.

1.Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2.In the Privacy tab, the bar on the right slides up or down, setting the cookie level.
3.Configure your browser to accept cookies, at your preferred level.

I cannot load any content from PINZO - Disable Firewall
If you have any Internet Security Programs (e.g., Kaspersky, Norton, McAfee), Firewalls or add-ons (e.g., Adblock Plus) that include an Ad-Block feature, you may need to either disable the Ad-Block feature or disable the program entirely. In addition to Adblock Plus, other Firefox add-ons which can prevent the media player from loading properly are Flashblock and NoScript. If you are having problems viewing PINZO programming and have these add-ons installed, disable or uninstall them.

In order to experience PINZO on your desktop or laptop computer your screen resolution must be set to a minimum of 1024.

Improving Your Viewing Experience - Internet Speed and Bandwidth Issues
Streaming quality issues on PINZO may be the result of a slow Internet connection. Below are steps you can take to improve your Internet speed.
1. If you are using a wireless connection (WiFi), turn off other devices, including mobile phones, tablets and other streaming devices, connected to the same network.
2. Turn off other applications currently running on your network.
- Streaming video applications
- Cloud back-up or sync applications (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud)
- Content downloads (games, movies or music)
- Video communication applications (FaceTime, Skype)
3. Use a wired connection to view PINZO as opposed to WiFi.
4. PINZO requires the following Internet download speeds:
- Standard speed = 1.8 megabits per second
- High quality speed = 3.0 megabits per second
Check your Internet download speed by using tools provided by your Internet Service Provider or by locating a service online. If your download speed does not meet our requirements, contact your Internet Service Provider for a better connection.

I cannot view PINZO content using my 64-bit Safari browser.
How to change a Mac Safari browser from 64 to 32 bit
1. Access the Applications folder (this can be found by clicking and opening the Macintosh HD icon on the desktop).
2. Click applications if following the HD path.
3. Locate the Safari Browser icon and <Ctrl+click> over the icon and choose Get Info.
4. Another method for this is to highlight the icon and at the top of the window on the left, choose file then get info (This can be performed with most browsers. If this is not possible to change the browser bit rate, this may be an older Mac OS version. Chrome may not allow this change.)
5. In the pop up box, locate the check box to open or launch in 32 bit.
6. Close all open windows including Safari Browser if open.
7. Launch the Safari Browser and attempt to view.

If you want to change the e-mail address that's associated with your subscription to PINZO, please follow these simple steps:
1. Go to PINZO.com
2. Login.
3. Go to My Profile.
4. Click Change next to email.

5. Click Update My Email Address.
6. An email confirmation that your change was successful will be sent to both your old and new email address.

4. Click the “cancel your subscription” link.
5. On the next page click the Cancel button.
You may continue to receive emails from us for 7 working days after you cancel your subscription.
Will I see updates to my Account Preferences immediately reflected?
If you make changes to your account including:
* Change Password
* Change Email Address
* Cancellation of your PINZO Subscription
The change to your account may take up to 5 minutes to show on the screen.
How do I change my password?
**We recommend avoiding the use of the following characters as they may lead to difficulties signing in on some devices: <, >, & and %.
To change the password associated with your PINZO.com account:
1. Go to PINZO.com/myaccount.
2. You will be prompted to login. If you are not logged in to your PINZO.com account.
a. Enter your PINZO.com account email address
b. Enter your Password
3. Under MY ACCOUNT page, click the Change link right beside Password.
4. You will be directed to the UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD page. Enter your current password.
5. Enter the New Password and confirm the password of your choice.
6. Click UPDATE and you will see a message saying Per your request, your password has been updated.
NOTE: Please be sure to log out of all devices after you have reset your password and then log back in with the new password to continue viewing.
